inhabitants dedicated themselves to the production of pasta thanks to the wheat imported from Salerno. It still preserves traces of the peristilium, the viridarium, the suspensurae of a heated environment and some mosaics. It is flanked by a quadrangular bell tower in neoclassical style. The structure is divided into three naves and houses precious paintings and sculptures, as well as an altarpiece depicting the Crucifixion of Marco Pino da Siena (sixteenth century) and the bishop's throne in marble with canopy.
